Sorry guys, but I’ve got a slight gripe to sort out with you all. Now recently I have been noticing an increasing number of double posts, i.e. two posts by the same person right after each other in a thread. So I will take this chance to remind people about the little button in the right hand corner of your post that says “Modify”. This button can be really helpful as it allows you to go back in and edit your post to add anything else you forgot or have only just thought of. The number of posts you have under your name means nothing. What is more important is the quality of your posts. For example a lots of posts that just say things like; “hehehehehe, look at me, I can spam”, only show that you most likely have the mental age of a very young child (I don’t want to say an age in case I insult anyone of that age). If you structure you post properly people will pay a lot more attention to what you say, and will respect you as a valid member of the boards. If all your posts are “hehehehehe, look at me, I can spam” then the only thing people will think of you is “stupid n00b spammer”. So in closing: - The Modify Button is your friend
- Take the time when posting to structure your post so it makes sense and is constructive
Yours Archon No’ki The Ra’Star Caretaker

arent there any forum rules? in all the other forums that i part take there are rules... i think that they actually do help... i just copy past some rules that you might find useful
(no im not plagerising eventhough the rules are from somebody elses post i helped make a lot of them)
here goes (i copied the whole first post just to give an idea);
Nice to see somebody reading the rules, they are not too bad and are basically to make the board a nicer place to be. You will probably find that many other webboards have similar rules to these.
1) No Spamming Any spamming will be delt with in a harsh and abrupt manner. First offenses will be remembered but not banned, a second offense will result in a tempoary ban.
1.3) No Advertising It is extremely rude to advertise blatantly, instead a link in your sig is appropriate, links to other sites at approprtiate moments is also okay, i.e. to ask the opinion about something such a picture
1.6) Remove Double posts If you double post by mistake, please remove the post yourself as it will make the board look tidier and more friendly. If you make a mistake in your post there is an edit button that you can use to correct it.
2) No Flaming No flaming of other uses, it is okay to do it a little in jest but not in a personal manner.
3) No Rude/Obscene/Vulgor material Posting a link to/picture of/any of the above will result in immidiate banning, some cases may be permenantly banned, this does include swearing.
3.1) No political or Religious material Too many arguments can be caused by such things, it is okay to make fun of presidents etc but not to engage in arguments over such things.
4) Forum Etiquette It is considered rude to do any of the following -Jump into the middle of a long topic without reading most of the posts -Ressurect a long dead or abandonded topic unless there is something important and worthwhile to contribute (Thread Necormancy) -Post a single line with just a simly or a couple of words, unless there is a good reason for it.
5) Enjoy Enjoy the site, it is here for you, if you really like it consider having a link in your sig on any other forums you go to.
Consitently being rude will earn a warning and then a ban, we are watching you.

Thanks, be we already have our code of conduct. Although adding modify your post instead of double posting would be good.

Thanks for the concern driazine, but if you follow the "Legal Infomation" tab at the side of the screen on the main fourms the site rules are located there.
