1) they give DE heavy weapons that CWE have and are more potent than DE ones.
2) they offer CWE a char as good if not better than an Archon.
A great army to make other kindreads stronger.

no, but great harile rules and an exarch model would be cool (as exarchs are suposed to be VERY hard!)

But Incubi have superior weapons and armour, the Harlies have no armour and unless you tool them up no power weapons either.

but that halving ws is very useful, especially as no one below ws5 can hit a Harlie on a 4+

i was acctually saying that incubi masters are better than exarches but hey if there better than harlies as well, that good to.

yes but not as hard as incubi masters. yes they are, they can toast a dracon, maybe not an archon, bit a dracon would go down to an exarch (and in game play it would too).

nar exarches would get annahilated by a dracon. exarches suck compaired to dracons. anyway dracon dont fight fair. and in the dark eldar codex a striking scorpian exarch loses to an incubi master and dracons are better than them so.......
